SEPTONE’S ONLINE CUSTOMER ORDERING SERVICE - 6th Sep 2006

Access to the service is on Septone’s website at  www.septone.com.au 

Once there, login is in the bottom left hand corner “Ishop Login”:

Contact with Septone on 07-3390 5044 will get you a login and password. From that, you will have access to your account to place orders and have access to product information.  Your information is totally secure and cannot be seen by other customers using this service.

Products are grouped together by type making product search easier.  Simply click Hand Cleaners, change the “number to display” to 20 lines, and then click Search. 

All Septone Hand Cleaners will be displayed and by clicking on the product name, you can then see pictures and other information relating to the product.

Placing your order by product is very simple, just enter a quantity for each product, your order is compiled and pricing is applied.   You will know the value of your order prior to submitting it online.

If you know the product codes, you can use the Express Order form to enter codes and quantities, then click on Add to Cart

Alternatively, you can use a Template if you are ordering the same products consistently.  This speeds up order processing considerably.

Once your is completed, simply Proceed to Checkout and complete any delivery address instructions, then Click on Charge to Account.   Your order is now complete, and is sent to Septone warehouse for processing.

This service is available to all Septone customers and includes emailed responses as to how your order is progressing.   Finally, when dispatched, you can freight track your order anywhere in Australia when using Septone’s freight service.
